MERRY HAPPY LIST: 36 + 37
9:50 AM
36
Going to Boondocks with Stephen's work for half of the day on Tuesday // Having hamburgers for three out of four meals in a 30 hour period (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner) 😋 // Homemade raspberry ice cream // Spending less than 10 minutes at the DMV to get the car registration up to date (that HAS to be some sort of record!!) // How complimentary people were to us after Stephen and I spoke in sacrament meeting on Sunday // When Lydia is crawling away and then she stops to look back at me and smile (mischievously because she knows she's about to get into something I don't want her to) // Simone Manuel's face when she realized she'd won gold (in case you missed it, you can watch it HERE, skip to 1:00 to see her reaction) // being just cold enough while sleeping that cuddling is mandatory // The fish tacos Joan made 👌🏼 // this video (the version I saw didn't have the music in the background and personally I think it's much better without)
37
an excellent birthday and anniversary // Costco samples for lunch on Saturday // finding some new shirts for Stephen and a sweatshirt for me at TJ MAXX // Getting together with Lys and Bon before Bon leaves for Nepal! // doing a few shoots with my NEW (used) LENS! // attending a temple session at the Bountiful temple (we'd never been inside this temple before and it was beautiful) // getting a letter in the mail from Miriam // going to a family barbecue hosted by Stephen's work // the salted caramel cookie dough milkshake at sonic // taking pictures with the camera remote + tripod in a nearby field after we put Lydia to bed

Quotes of the Week
Usually we cut up whatever we are eating for dinner and give it to Lydia to eat in her high chair, but yesterday we were eating barbecue chicken and it was really messy, so I got some turkey sandwich-meat and broke it into little pieces and put it on her tray. Since it was really slippery she dropped a piece and it went down her shirt.
Stephen: "Well that gives turkey breast a whole new meaning."
Stephen and I were reading 1 Nephi 8:11 in the Book of Mormon,
"And it came to pass that I did go forth and partake of the fruit thereof; and I beheld that it was most sweet, above all that I ever before tasted. Yea, and I beheld that the fruit thereof was white, to exceed all the whiteness that I had ever seen." (Emphasis added)
Stephen: "Oh. So the fruit looked like Lydia."
